Delivery Times – Australian Orders
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch your order within 24–48 hours. All shipments are sent via Australia Post, and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Same-State Deliveries (Victoria)
Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
Rest of Australia
Please allow 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time via Australia Post’s tracking portal.
Please note: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Times – New Zealand Orders
Orders for New Zealand are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours. Please allow 9–15 business days for delivery following dispatch. Your tracking number will be sent via email and/or SMS within 1–2 business days of dispatch.
If You’re Not Home
If no one is available to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe location. If a safe place isn’t available, it will be taken to your local Post Office, and Australia Post will notify you once it’s ready for collection.
